| At the CGarchitect.com Architectural 3D Awards, held in La Coruna, Spain in July, digital communications agency Wagstaffs won the interactive category award for their pioneering sales and marketing tool, VUITNOW, which enables buyers to take a virtual tour of a development before it is built "These awards, in the field of architectural visualisation are very important for us," said Jason Hawthorne, MD at Wagstaffs. "We know this is a groundbreaking piece of technology but it is great to have an endorsement from the 3D architectural visualisation industry." The technology allows buyers to walk through the development, into individual homes and orbit the site, as well as the local area. The VUITNOW interface, which can be used across multiple platforms, also gives buyers the chance to: Filter accommodation by price or number of bedrooms with the results highlighted on the digital model.
