| Dell SecureWorks has announced the opening of a new facility in Edinburgh It incorporates security research, engineering, marketing and security operations capabilities, the latter providing real-time network monitoring, incident support and response. The facility is a full-service Security Operations Centre (SOC) and will serve as Dell SecureWorks' European hub. The company's close links with Scotland began when it acquired dns Limited, a managed security services and consulting organisation in 2009. The investment in the Edinburgh site, said Dell SecureWorks, is "yet another example of its long-term commitment to the region and its continued recognition of the extraordinary technology talent available in Scotland". | |||
