| NCE has agreed to acquire certain assets and goodwill of Rapid Hardware Solutions Limited, an IT broker and service provider based in Clevedon, North Somerset Rapid was founded 16 years ago, and during that time gained a strong reputation for both quality and service delivery. The acquisition will assist in strengthening NCE's services portfolio while existing Rapid customers will experience a seamless transition to NCE, with the additional benefit of gaining access to the wide range of quality driven services through a direct business relationship with NCE. By way of strengthening the NCE team, Rapid Hardware Director Tony Wright will be joining NCE as Purchasing Manager. | |||
