Over recent years ORS have moved from traditional archival capture to more advanced capture for business process enablement, which includes the introduction of digital mailroom, invoice processing and data capture services, all of which come with higher Service Level Agreement (SLA) and technology demands.

As part of this progression to offering more advanced services, ORS reviewed its core scanning technology and selected ibml's ImageTrac and SoftTrac Capture Suite to form the backbone of its physical capture processes.
