Comply Serve's Nov 5th Breakfast Briefing to feature speakers from Copenhagen Metro and Crossrail

Editorial Type: News     Date: 10-2014    Views: 2979

Comply Serve’s series of successful industry breakfast briefings continue with speakers from Copenhagen Metro and Crossrail sharing their experience of using ComplyPro for progressive assurance of their project hazards and risks.

Effective collaboration on major programmes of work is essential to delivering a world class project. Within the lifecycle of any project, engineering safety and risk management are key priorities for the client and project management office.

The seminar will examine how a project-wide hazard record of safety risks, associated with the engineering design of an operational system and the adjacent operational systems are managed throughout the project lifecycle. It will also discuss how ComplyPro provides the ability to manage major project risk to ensure that processes are maintained correctly and efficiently, reducing overheads. Finally, it will consider how a global construction company can aggregate ‘corporate’ risk across multiple projects into an enterprise risk view, to ensure the overall risk profile remains balanced.

The breakfast seminar takes place on Wednesday 5th November, 2014 at the home of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Prince Philip House. Email parm.jalaf@complyserve.com for more information.
