| In an attempt to improve collaboration for midsized companies, Cisco has announced the Business Edition 6000S, which it describes as an all-in-one collaboration platform, built into an integrated Cisco router, to deliver voice, video and collaboration capabilities for customers with as few as 25 users. Cisco also announced new partner-led offers to enable more rapid implementation of collaboration solutions for mid-sized customers. A Cisco spokesperson said, "Mid-sized companies are leading the economy in growth, talent investments and innovation." According to a 2014 Deloitte study, mid-sized companies see investment in technology as the best way to sustain rapid growth. The midmarket - roughly defined by Cisco as organisations up to 1,000 employees - is the fastest growing segment in the market today. | |||
