RUNNER-UP: Tekla (UK) Ltd / Waldeck - Tekla BIMsight - London Bridge Station

This £10.1million project was the first on the UEA’s estate to implement BIM Level 2 with a specific focus on delivering a complete 6D Asset Information Model (AIM) and comprehensive COBie Data Drop 4 for use by the estates management team in CAFM software concept evolution.

We were incredibly fortunate that everybody involved in the project bought into the BIM process and fulfilled their role and supported others to fulfill theirs. We believe that when teams work collaboratively, they become better than the sum of their parts.

The practice and collaborating parties are delighted to have received recognition for their work with this award and will be explaining more on the process at BIM Show Live in April.
