| Following the discovery by SailPoint that
UK workers would be willing to sell their passwords to company systems for as little as £100 Keith Graham, CTO at SecureAuth, comments: "It's very worrying just how many people are sharing their passwords with their colleagues. “The new research from SailPoint further goes to prove that it's simply not the case that a password alone is a strong enough method of authentication to protect an organisation's systems. The findings have also shown, yet again, that people want a security system in their workplace that is easy to use. "Many companies don't realise that by integrating risk-based analysis methods, such as device fingerprinting and analysis of the user's behaviour, they can provide a more in-depth verification of an individual, without relying on a simple password or affecting the end user's experience." | ||
